Dr. Kai Georg Krenz is German attorney at law (Rechtsanwalt) since 2009. Before joining adesse, Mr. Krenz used to work for renowned corporate law firms and his own law office, in particular in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property law, and real estate law. 

Mr. Krenz advises clients with respect to mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, company and corporate succession, and compliance including press and reputation law.

Mr. Krenz speaks German and English.
