Dr. Sven Schilf has been practicing law since 2004. His main areas of practice are contract law, commercial law and corporate law. Furthermore, he regularly represents clients in intellectual property matters. He is particularly specialized in international commercial contracts, litigation and arbitration. He has vast experience in the preparation and realization of international transfers of technology and know-how as well as in the representation of foreign and domestic clients in litigations and arbitration proceedings abroad concerning the international sale of goods and other areas. Dr. Schilf is fluent in German, English, French, Italian and Portuguese. As a member of the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (German Institution for Arbitration law) and the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem), he may also be nominated as arbitrator.
Additionally, he is member of the German-American, the German-Brazilian and the German Italian Lawyers’ Association.
